DRESS Le domaine terres du val
On November 5th, Domaine de Naxhelet became Le Domaine Terres du Val.
romarin uniforms was entrusted to design and produce the new uniforms for every team across the estate. This rebranding brings unity to a destination that combines high-end hospitality, refined gastronomy, agroecology and a growing focus on biodynamic viticulture.
The property now aligns all its activities under one coherent identity, from its Green Key–certified 4-star superior hotel and spa to its restaurants, bakery–grocery, organic farm, permaculture gardens and 19.5-hectare vineyard.
Owned by the Jolly family for generations, Terres du Val reflects a long-term commitment to sustainability, short supply chains and local value creation. The shift toward organic farming began in 2005 and has since expanded into a broader agroecological vision. Today, the new generation has strengthened this philosophy by developing a biodynamic vineyard and an elevated hospitality offering. In 2025, Gault&Millau named Terres du Val “Innovator of the Year,” highlighting its pioneering approach.
Gastronomy remains central to the domain’s identity. The fine-dining restaurant Pollen, opened in 2023, stands alongside the Bistro Aromates. A bakery focused on local grains and a market garden that supplies the kitchens reinforce the estate’s farm-to-table ethos. The first biodynamic wine releases are expected in 2026.
For the rebranding, romarin uniforms created a cohesive wardrobe reflecting the estate’s new visual identity and natural atmosphere. Reception wears the Ernest gilet in khaki linen, while managers wear Gustave jacket in natural linen. Restaurant teams at Pollen and Aromates are equipped with the Jules and Charlie aprons, and managers and the sommelier wear the Antoine jacket. Housekeeping teams work in the Nicole chasuble. All these pieces are made from thick olive-green cotton twill and embroidered with the domain’s signature star.
Every garment was produced just a few kilometers from the estate using Oeko-Tex certified European fabrics. This collaboration highlights romarin uniforms’ dedication to local craftsmanship, sustainability and timeless design—perfectly aligned with the vision of Terres du Val.
