1. Who is romarin uniforms?

romarin uniforms is a Belgian uniform brand for the hospitality industry, based in Brussels. From first conversation to final delivery, we dress your entire team so it actually matches the venue you’ve built.

2. What makes romarin different?

Our uniforms are designed like real pieces of clothing: premium fabrics, precise cuts, proper finishes. Our minimums start at 10 pieces per model, far below industry standards, and we move fast: a proposal within 2 weeks of our first meeting, and production in 6 to 8 weeks.

3. Who do you work with?

Hotels, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, caterers and event companies, retail and concept stores, museums and cultural institutions, private estates and staffing agencies.

4. Can I customize the uniforms to match my brand?

Yes. You choose the models from our Work collection, the fabric, the colour, the buttons, the topstitching, the pockets and your embroidery or print. This is our fastest route since the models already exist. Need something that doesn’t exist yet? We develop it from scratch, starting from your story.

5. What are your minimum order quantities?

10 pieces per model from the Work collection, for first orders and for reorders. For a bespoke model, the minimum is 20 pieces, then 10 pieces for reorders.

6. How do you work?

We start by understanding your needs, team and vision, then send a proposal and a quotation. Once the models, fabrics, personalisation and sizes are chosen, we launch production.

7. What are your lead times?

Production takes 6 to 8 weeks from validation for collection models, subject to fabric availability. Everything is made to order, so we do not hold ready made stock. Tight deadline? Tell us your timeline and we’ll be honest about what’s possible.

8. Where are your uniforms made?

Everything is made in Europe, between Belgium, Italy and Romania, with fabrics sourced mainly in Italy and Belgium. We favour natural fibres and we produce only what is ordered, which means no unsold stock.

9. How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the model, the fabric, the level of personalisation and the quantity ordered. Every quotation is itemised, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit.

10. Can I return or exchange pieces?

Because every piece is made to order and personalized for you, returns are not possible. This is also why we take the sizing and validation stage seriously. If anything arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact us and we will make it right.
