Yellow is the new black

Manon is a brand strategist and private chef based in Brussels. Her universe is poetic, tasty and beautiful. Last june, she told me she was planning to cook for a yellow themed birthday dinner in Berlin during the month of August.These themed dinners need their adapted uniform.

At romarin uniforms, we work with stock service fabrics sourced in Belgium and surrounding but we also love working with interior design scraps which quality is unmatched.

Knowing I would only need to make several limited edition pieces, I selected a thick lemon yellow linen fabric from which I had one remaining meter lenght available. I decided to opt for a short double pocket apron with 5cm large straps to make it comfortable and elegant. This is how the yellow linen Charlie apron was designed.
